The young lady that answers the calls for help is very very nice. The men that you send out on calls (John and Darwin) are very courteous and know their job. They know how to handle a person that is very upset and worried_ they are exceptional young men and a credit to your company.
The man that is the Manager is (as I said when I called to thank him- ) "Wonderful" - I am the lady that lost her Rosary Case and was treated so wonderfully- thank you again.
